Lor Mee 鹵麵
“Lor mee is a Chinese-inspired noodle dish served in a thick starchy gravy and thick flat yellow noodles. The dish is eaten by Hokkiens (Min Nan speakers) in Singapore and Malaysia. The thick gravy is made of corn starch, spices and eggs. The ingredients added into the noodles are usually ngo hiang, fish cake, fish, round and flat meat dumplings (usually chicken or pork), half a boiled egg, and other items depending on the stall and the price paid. Vinegar and garlic can be added as an optional item. The dish is also eaten with red chili. Traditional versions also include bits of fried fish as topping though few stalls serve this version anymore.”
Soft Boiled Eggs
It may not look that nice to some, but its yummy
Serves: 1
This quick and easy tom yum fried rice is a delicious one-dish meal. Add some thinly sliced kaffir lime leaves while making the fried rice to infuse the dish with a citrusy and exotic aroma. If you like your tom yum fried rice extra spicy, serve it with some sliced bird’s eyes…
When you were yeast before
Couldn’t cook you in my rye
You’re just like a pretzel
Your salt makes me cry
You taste great with butter
In a beautiful swirl
I wish for a pretzel
You’re so fucking pretzel
.
But I’m a crepe
I’m a weirdough
What the hell am I doughing here?
.
I doughnut belong here
.
I don’t care if it’s burnt
I want to have a roll
I want a perfect biscuit
I want a perfect scone
I want you to bake these when I’m not around
You’re so fucking pretzel
I wish for a pretzel
.
But I’m a crepe
I’m a weirdough
What the hell am I doughing here?
I doughnut belong here
.
She’s running out of flour
She’s running out
She runs runs runs
.
Whatever makes you crap-free
Unleavened you want
You’re so fucking pretzel
I wish I was pretzel
.
But I’m a crepe
I’m a weirdough
What the hell am I doughing here?
I doughnut belong here
I doughnut belong here
